Upcoming Caring for Clay County Service Projects: (The appropriate registration forms can be found below.)
Foster Parent Appreciation Dinner hosted here at First Baptist Middleburg on Friday, September 27th, from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. We need people to help with the children and others to help serve food.
Food Truck Fundraiser Night at Tynes Elementary School on Friday, September 27th. Volunteers are needed to help set up from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m., or clean up from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Seamark Ranch Campus Clean-Up Day will be on Saturday, October 5th, from 9:00 a.m. – Noon. This will be basic stuff anyone can do like cleaning at their own home or sprucing up their own yard.
Seamark Ranch Family Fun Day on Saturday, October 12th, from 9:00 a.m. – Noon or from Noon – 3:00 p.m. This will be a day when people can volunteer to work a registration table, a game booth, or help with their festival.
Family Fun Day at Middleburg Elementary School on Friday, October 18th. Volunteers are needed to help set up from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m., help in various game booths from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., and/or clean up from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
First Responders’ Appreciation Day on Sunday, October 20th, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. We need people to help prepare, greet, guide, seat, and/or serve food to first responders in attendance on that special day.
Black Creek 5K Preparation and Assistance on Friday, October 25th, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. or Saturday October 26th, from 7:00 – 10:00 a.m. Volunteers are needed to help with set up the night before and various things the morning of the run.

Volunteers help those in need in our community both physically (food and clothes) and spiritually. Food and clothing donations are welcome by dropping them off in Room 420 in the church office.

Volunteers witness, lead Bible study and worship opportunities, and provide encouragement to those who are in prison or have recently been released. For more information, contact Marty Carpenter at (904) 291-4250.
Volunteers seek to meet the needs of young mothers in our community by providing basic supplies for their babies. A volunteer in this ministry would serve one morning a month. For more information, contact Kathi Smith at (904) 282-5289.
